Policies for DLO Musical Theatre
Refund and Exchange Policy
We understand that plans change. If you need to cancel your tickets, DLO Musical Theatre will refund your money, minus the credit card processing fee. Tickets may be cancelled for a refund up to twenty-four (24) hours before showtime. We’re sorry, but after this time, we cannot provide any refund.
We can exchange a ticket for a different performance of the same show, as long as there are seats available for the new performance you wish to attend. The new ticket(s) must be the same price as the original ticket(s). We’re sorry, but we cannot exchange tickets between different show titles.
